Act Now 📣 Kaiser Premium Payment Change System

It's crucial to note that the last automatic premium payment was drafted on July 1, 2024. You will need to act quickly to set up new automatic payments. The system is now live.

On July 22, 2024, all Kaiser Permanente (KP) California market members transitioned to the new KP Membership Connect (KPMC) platform.

 With this transition to a new premium payment system, the current Health Payment Systems (HPS) experienced a short outage. Please confirm that your premium is paid to date.

• Please pay using the new premium payment system as soon as possible. A letter or email with step-by-step instructions was mailed to you, but we are sending this e-mail to ensure you are aware.

• You can also mail a check asap to the billing address found on the July billing statement and mail the check and payment coupon together.

Just to remind you, you need to set up new automatic payments. This is vital in ensuring your premium payments are made on time.
