Good news, Californians! Covered CA is now more affordable than ever. With over 1.6 million members, we are seeing lower rate increases and a larger number of families qualify for subsidies, with premiums for some as low as $0 or $1 per month! The American Rescue Plan benefits will continue through 2022, lowering costs for many members, and building on California’s state subsidies to provide financial help to lower premiums for many middle-income Californians for the first time.As a community Covered CA storefront, we are dedicated to matching you with the best plan that meets your family's unique needs. If you haven't re-assessed your Covered CA eligibility in the past six months and updated your income now is the time to do so.Please connect with our Covered CA Specialist Faye Jahangiri at [email protected] or by phone/text at 818.508.7177. The Covered CA Renewal period begins October 1, 2021.The official Open Enrollment date is November 1, 2021. Again the effective coverage date will be January 1, 2022.December 31, 2021, is the deadline for January 1, 2022, effective date.The last day of enrollment and or changing your current policy for coverage during 2022 is:January 31 will allow a start date of February 1, 2022. IMPORTANT NOTES FOR RENEWALS:● Unemployment Insurance: any Covered CA member who received the extra Unemployment Benefit of $300 (which ended 9/4) must report this income and will need to adjust their income.● Silver 70 plans will have a lower medical deductible of going from $4,000 to $3700 and a lower RX deductible going from $300 to only $10.● There will now be $0 Premium Silver plans available for income-qualifying individuals and families.We look forward to helping you through this renewal process and are here to answer any questions you might have.2021 has had a lot of changes, so please be sure to check-inwith us, especially if your income has changed. In health,Faye, Naama, and the A+ / Rightplan.com team❤️ ❤️
