So, as we celebrate the official first day of summer, celebration of the summer solstice, my birthday, Juneteenth, the full moon in Capricorn and the upcoming 4th of July, the opportunity to slow down can bring immense benefits. Sometimes, the best vacation is right at home. Explore local parks, indulge in backyard activities, or explore new hobbies. Spend time in NATURE!
