Feeling the Gratitude of the Season

Feeling the Gratitude of the Season

🍂🍂🍂Greeting for a season full of health, Can true forgiveness and gratitude towards a negative thought or situation help us on the journey of a healing experience?

Really, is it the recipe for happiness and success? Is it possible to feel appreciation and kindness towards a negative experience as we do for a positive one?

I have been thinking about it lately and can only share my journey with you on my healing and gratitude process. Thanksgiving has been one of my favorite holidays since I moved to the U.S. in 1988. Although being grateful is a daily practice for me, I make sure to include a list of all I can be thankful for. The list is long, but my health, the extra breath I take, family, team, clients, friendships, healthy food, technology, beauty, nature, and daily meditation practice is always on the list. However, I never practice gratitude daily for all the negative vibes and energy in my life or the universe.

This will change not only in my daily practice, adapting to making sure I feel grateful regardless of the situation, but also when I lead meditation sessions; I will also make sure to include gratitude towards the negative experience. I will try, as negative energy and experiences might be challenging in developing appreciation; I feel it will help in the long run in the process of accepting and staying happier and healthier. I will report to you, but I would love it if you could join me in this process. Most of us naturally prefer “positive” emotions over uncomfortable ones, pleasure over pain, and joy over sadness. But in truth, we can transform our relationship to our suffering— so maybe instead of constantly pursuing happiness—we can accept and learn to adjust to these emotions; I feel that this practice can lie at the foundation of lasting well-being.

So, as the season of gratefulness, beauty, sharing, and gathering is upon us, I want to make sure that every one of you is aware of how much my team and I are grateful for the opportunity to be in service. But mostly thankful for your trust in the most intimate, important life matter factor– your HEALTH.

We are always super grateful to help you purchase the most comprehensive lower-cost health plan for the upcoming year. Still moreover, we hope we influence you positively to improve your health and well-being.

We want to remind you that studies show that gratitude can:

✅Improve sleep quality

✅Regulate emotional well - being

✅Increase feelings of happiness which leads to a positive mood

✅Foster hope for the future

✅Increase resilience

✅Reduce stress, burnout, and symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

For consistent gratitude, regardless of any outcome, free of attachments,

We wish you a HAPPY – HEALTHY – Holiday –

Addiction is a REAL thing!

Some people are addicted to alcohol, drugs, shopping, sex, nicotine, etc.;

In the last 8 years, I have become addicted to walking! WOW - I was surprised when I realized it was not too long ago when I used to drive everywhere. So I had a conversation with a client lately that made me think – walking 10k steps per day is an attitude; for us to step into the zone of walking, we need to let go of our vehicles and the idea that, for example ‘I live in Los Angeles and no one is walking.’ I realized that walking beyond the physical aspect of the decision to walk needs a mental switch and a change of attitude. It takes a lot of effort and time (at least 90 mins of walking daily to get to our 10k steps). TIME + EFFORTS + ATTITUDEIt is a life journey and time consuming, effort and attitude to create the perfect conditions for us to make sure that we are taking the right amount of steps towards feeling great and walking to Ventura to pick up my coffee on the weekend!

During the holidays, stepping outside, walking, and making sure we are taking the most amount of steps will be crucial for our health and well-being –Happy steps😊 for a great holiday - 🚶👟🚶👟

  • Traveling with style

The holiday season is here! Please remember to travel with a PEACE of mind -

*** Remember to purchase a travel insurance policy to cover your out-of-pocket expenses for you and your family!

A travel insurance plan will not only cover illness while abroad. Still, it can help connect you with an English-speaking doctor, access telemedicine while abroad, and help with medical evacuation and road assistance situations.

Remember, original Medicare doesn't cover you when traveling internationally.Let us know if you have any further questions – or e-mail – Omar – [email protected]
