Dear Valued Molina Health Care Members,

Hope you are having a great week so far. Here at A+ Insurance Service we always want to keep you informed with anything that may affect your account. We want to let you know that Molina Health Care is working to update several of our online services.

Starting May 25, 2017, the following online services will be temporarily unavailable but we are working to complete the updates as quickly as possible. The following systems will be impacted:

My Molina (Member Portal)
Molina Payment Page (Payment Portal)

If you need to make a payment and generally pay online via the Molina Payment Page, please utilize one of the following 3 methods in the interim.

1) Pay by Bill Pay

subscriber ID from your ID card

as the account number. Use the address in the grid below.

2) Pay By U.S. Mail

Include the coupon attached to the bottom of your invoice with your check, money order, or MoneyGram payment. Go to

MolinaPayment.com

for MoneyGram instructions.

If you do not have your payment coupon, be sure to include your state plus the

subscriber ID from your ID card

with your check, money order, or MoneyGram payment.
