Embrace the Power of Renewal: Unlocking Your Health Insurance Potential this New Moon, Rosh Hashanah, and Chaturthi🙏🏼

🍏🍯

Happy, mindful month,

Mindfulness is crucial in managing our health insurance because it helps us stay present, aware, and conscious of our healthcare choices and coverage.By practicing mindfulness, we can make informed decisions about our health insurance options, understand our benefits, and effectively navigate the healthcare system daily. It allows us to engage in self-care, advocate for our needs, and stay attuned to our overall well-being. Please approach your health insurance with clarity, confidence, and deep empowerment combined with mindfulness.

In the spirit of new beginnings, the convergence of the forthcoming new moon in Virgo, Rosh Hashanah (The Jewish New Year), Yom Kippur (The high holly day of attunement), and the birth celebration of Ganesh is supporting us in stepping and deepening our wisdom, prosperity, and good fortune. This month's healing power presents a unique chance to revitalize our health insurance journey and understand that health is way beyond just a piece of paper. As open enrollment approaches, it's the perfect time to embrace the possibilities and make empowered new decisions for a new beginning of our well-being.

These extensive benefits and promising changes await us in the health insurance world. Discover how we can nourish our physical, mental, and financial health through comprehensive coverage, streamlined services, and innovative, transformative programs - but mainly, stay away from the system and act! - Stay open to adopt and try ~

August was a super busy summer month for us here. While preparing for the OPE (Open Enrollment), I was speaking at the Money Expo India Conference in Mumbai, and post-event, I  stayed on to spend some self-time/me-time in the land of magic and light - India. Wisdom of Eastern Medicine in a Modern Healthcare conversation has been my daily routine for many years. But this time, my experience was elevating some conversations about the process and the opportunity to one day take you on a special retreat to experience what I physically, and emotionally tried to share verbally for so long.

This time, my visit was another layer of a fortunate experience first-hand the profound impact of Eastern medicine. Every time I spend time in the East, it awakens my senses, enriches my understanding of holistic wellness, and prompts me to explore the emerging possibilities it offers within our healthcare/health insurance industry.

Eastern medicine holds limitless potential for transforming every one of us for enhancing our health insurance journey. The convergence of ancient wisdom and modern healthcare practices offers an unprecedented opportunity to thrive physically, mentally, and mindfully in our fast-paced world.

Imagine a healthcare system that embraces the mind-body connection and prioritizes preventive care, empowering us to adopt, learn, and achieve optimal well-being. Visualize the integration of Eastern modalities, such as Ayurveda, breathing, nature, acupuncture, and mindfulness practices, into our health insurance coverage, giving us access to holistic treatments that nurture every aspect of our being.

Based on my experiences in India, I witnessed the transformative potential of these Eastern approaches. The convergence of ancient wisdom and the modern healthcare frontier opens new doors/new beginnings for personalized care, expanded treatment options, and enhanced well-being.

Together, let us embrace this incredible opportunity; I will do my best to share the many videos/interviews I took while emerging into the beauty and the energy of the culture, and tradition. Health insurance can become a gateway to a more balanced, vibrant, and fulfilled life.

Some highlights of thoughts that went through my energy field while I was embracing these moments of nature and healing:

Integrating Eastern medicine into mainstream healthcare requires a collaborative effort and a shift in mindset from us, the people, practitioners, and policymakers.

Here are a few key steps toward achieving this integration:

Education and Training Research and Evidence Standards and Procedure Integrative Care Models Insurance Coverage Patient Education and Empowerment Collaboration and Communication

We can gradually integrate Eastern medicine into mainstream healthcare, ultimately enhancing patient-centered care, expanding treatment options, and promoting a more comprehensive and holistic approach to well-being.

May our shared exploration, wisdom, and prosperity empower us to embrace a healthier, more holistic path forward, with increased vitality, enhanced well-being, and a renewed sense of connection to ourselves and the world around us.

With the RightPlan team, I wish you an inspired, fulfilling health journey filled with the gifts of Eastern medicine wisdom. A journey where we will abundant our policies and allow us to be happy, healthy, and content.

With a positive new beginning that will fulfill us on every possible level of life.

#HappyNewYear,

September is Self-care and National Yoga Awareness Month. Both these days hold a special place in Naama's heart as Self-care is at the heart of Naama's lifestyle. And the best way to take care of oneself is a daily dose of yoga and meditation.

Those peaceful moments, spent in silence and connecting with our mind, body, and soul, are the best way to take care of ourselves to refresh and re-energize.

Bitter gourd, also known as bitter melon, offers several health benefits. Here are some of them:

1. Rich in nutrients: Bitter gourd is low in calories but high in nutrients. It contains essential vitamins like vitamins C, A, and K and minerals like iron, magnesium, and potassium.

2. Blood sugar management: Bitter gourd has been traditionally used to help manage diabetes. It contains compounds that may help lower blood sugar levels by improving insulin sensitivity and increasing cell glucose uptake.

 3. Antioxidant properties: The bitter gourd is rich in antioxidants, which can help protect cells against damage caused by harmful free radicals. Antioxidants may also help reduce inflammation, which is the cause of many of our conditions.

 4. Digestive health: Bitter gourd is known to support digestive health. It can help stimulate digestion, relieve constipation, and promote healthy bowel movements due to its high fiber content.

 5. Weight management: Bitter gourd can be a valuable addition to a weight loss or weight management diet with its low calorie and high fiber content.

 6. Skin health: Some research suggests that bitter gourd can benefit skin health due to its vitamin and antioxidant content. It may help reduce acne, slow skin aging, and promote a healthy complexion.

*It has a strong bitter taste which some may find challenging – I took it recently as a shot.
