Please be aware that Covered California will automatically (move) your Anthem Blue Cross policy to a new plan option effective 1/1/18. Please review the information you receive from Covered CA/Anthem Blue Cross carefully and contact our office ASAP!!!
If you would like to keep the new plan, you don’t need to do anything further with your coverage. Keep in mind, the choice to keep or change your plan is about your provider network.
**The deadline to change your new plan is 12/15/17 for a 1/1/18 effective date.
